I've known Chris for over 7 years and have been exercising for some time now. I finally decided after following in Chris' footsteps to take training more serious and become a Personal Trainer. I've learned a lot from Chris and I'm still learning but I take this new venture very serious. I've developed the L.E.A.N. philosophy which stands for Learn Exercise And Nutrition which I apply to all of my clients. I am continuing to further my education on exercise science by aquirring my Personal Training Certification and studying Anatomy and Bio-mechanics. This way, I will be able to further assist future clients with as much knowledge as I possibly can. I am confident that I can help all clients obtain their fitness and over all heath and nutrition goals. Glad Chris is giving me a chance to be part of the MnM family and hope to continue making exercise fun for all of our family members.
Fitness and athletics have been more than just a passion; they have been a lifestyle for me. I was a competitive gymnast for several years, played soccer and ran track. I have been competing in NPC Fitness and Figure competitions for two years. I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer and have coached recreational and competitive gymnastics for five years. I became a personal trainer because I want to help others achieve their fitness goals. I believe in order to achieve one’s goals; it takes dedication, discipline, commitment, and hard work. As your trainer I will take your health and fitness goals personally. With the proper combination of exercise and nutrition, I can help you to attain the results that you have been looking for.
As an athlete, I grew up embracing exercise and fitness in order to be a better competitor. I excelled in sports, and participated in various programs from little league to high school. I went on to receive a full athletic scholarship to Indiana University (Go Hoosiers!). As a former collegiate football player, I've gained a love and appreciation for fitness, agility and nutrition. Taking my experience as an athlete and combining it with my personal training certification through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) has allowed me to help others achieve their fitness goals.
For years, I have been helping others to challenge themselves and improve their lives by developing exercise and nutrition programs that will lead to a healthier lifestyle. As your trainer, I will uncover your fitness goals, whether it's losing weight, muscle growth and/or increasing activity for overall wellness. I believe in tailoring routines that will challenge and assist every client in reaching their fitness and wellness goals.
