HERE, YOUR ONLY COMPETITION IS YOURSELF. WITH YOUR PEERS GIVING ENCOURAGEMENT AND YOU PUSHING YOURSELF PAST YOUR BREAKING POINT, IT IS OBVIOUS THAT BY THE END OF THE DAY EVERYONE FEELS A SENSE OF ACCOMPLISHMENT.
WE USE A DIFFERENT METHOD OF TRAINING WHICH SOME SAY IS A LITTLE "OUT OF THE NORM". FROM FLIPPING TIRES, LIFTING KEGS, FUNCTIONAL EXERCISES, TO PLYOMETRICS THE M.E.N.T.O.R. CHALLENGE WILL LEAVE YOU WANTING MORE. EVERYONE CAN DO IT AND NO ONE QUITS!
